The kitesurfing school, CKS Martinique, was founded on Cap Est beach in Le François, on the border of Le Vauclin, 10 minutes from Pointe Faula.

In the kiteboarding world since 2011, your instructor is a graduate of the faculty of sports and the national sailing school. A Martinique champion, Cora is a professional in teaching kitesurfing at all levels, on all types of boards.

Beginner lessons
You learn to:
Relaunching your kite independently Moving on foot with your kite Ensuring your safety in all situations Understanding the wind window and using the power zone in a controlled way Piloting with and without traction Being pulled on your stomach by generating strong traction with your kite (Body dragging) A la carte session: €135
second session
You learn to:
Putting on your board and stabilizing your kite with one hand Getting out of the water (Water Start) and gliding your first meters Understanding your drift Managing your riding area and getting back out of harm's way First runs Riding upwind Single session rate
Courses
Complete 4-session course
4 lesson sessions: two students per class, possibility of supervised riding in addition to the lesson.
Group bookings available (maximum 4) upon specific request.
4-session course package: 480€
The Spot
The Cap Est kite spot rivals the south of the Antilles with its crystal-clear water and its shallows dotted with turquoise natural pools, protected by the coral reef.
As the beach is "semi-private", you learn to kite away from the crowds and without interference from other riders.
Cora will adapt the teaching location in the lagoon according to your level.
Lessons depart from Cap Est beach, offering you the opportunity to learn kitesurfing in complete safety; you can also head out into large bays, allowing you to take very long stretches towards the islets of Le François.
Îlet Long, Îlet Oscar, Îlet Thierry, and the famous Josephine's Bathtub will be part of the scenery during your learning experience.
