The CKS Martinique kitesurfing school was established on Cap Est Beach in Le François, on the border with Vauclin, 10 minutes from Pointe Faula.

Active in the kitesurfing world since 2011, your instructor holds degrees from the School of Physical Education and the National Sailing School. A champion from Martinique, Cora is a professional instructor who teaches kitesurfing at all skill levels and on all types of boards.

The kitesurfing training area is located in Martinique’s most beautiful lagoon, Simon Bay, beneath the Îlets du François, offering you a paradise-like setting for learning.

Beginner's Class
You will learn how to:
Launching your kite on your own Getting around on foot with your kite Keeping you safe in any situation Understanding the flight envelope and utilizing the power band in a controlled manner Driving with and without traction Have yourself pulled along on your stomach by generating strong pull with your kite (tow-in) À la carte session: €135
second session
You will learn how to:
Step into your board and stabilize your sail with one hand Get out of the water (Water Start) and glide your first few meters Understanding Your Drift Manage your practice area and get yourself out of harm's way First Rides Heading into the wind Price excluding package
Internships
Complete 4-session course
4 class sessions: two students per class, with the option of supervised sailing in addition to the class.
Groups (up to 4 people) are available upon request.

The Spot
The Cap Est kitesurfing spot is every bit as good as the southern Caribbean, with its crystal-clear water and shallow reefs dotted with natural turquoise pools, all protected by the coral reef.
Since the beach is "semi-private," you can learn to kite away from prying eyes and without being bothered by other riders.
Cora will tailor the teaching location in the lagoon to your skill level.
Lessons begin at Cap Est Beach, offering you the chanceto learn kitesurfing in complete safety. You’ll also have the opportunity to head out into large bays, allowing you to ride long runs toward the François islets.
Îlet Long, Îlet Oscar, Îlet Thierry, and the famous Joséphine Bathtub will be part of the scenery as you learn.
